Refund Request

    Hello,
    Around this time last year, I purchased a one-year Parallels subscription. However, I stopped using Parallels in the past few months and expected the subscription to expire after one year. Today, I noticed that I was automatically charged for another year.

    Since I no longer use the product, could I cancel my subscription and receive a refund?

    I am in the same position however, I started the trial and cancelled my subscription prior to March 5th (yesterday). I found that my subscription was renewed and charged to my bank account. I'd like to request a refund. Please let me know if you need any details

    We can observe you purchased a Parallels Desktop App Store edition. Kindly note that for any refund for Parallels Desktop App Store edition, you would have to contact App Store Customer Service directly as it falls under the Apple Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions:
