Your support is really poor as I can not get anyone to help me with my newly purchased Parallels for Mac Standard. I can not find the activation key / license anywhere. I've gone through all of the runaround and hoop jumping with your automated support with no luck. I clicked all the links and went everywhere searching for the Activation Key. I am having the same issue, my parallel subscription renewed, I have no activation key, cannot find it anywhere. When I try to find my purchases it won't accept my email address. I would like to contact someone by phone to get the information.
