New user here. I've installed and uninstalled multiple times. I am running Ventura 13.2.1 on a 2023 MacBook M2 Pro. I get the box that says Download Video and the arrow scrolling down. Nothing ever happens after that. It runs forever. Same exact thing with a request for downloading audio. Any suggestions?
I also having this issue. MacOS 14.6.1; Parallels Toolbox 7.0.0 (5272). I get the error message "Failed to get the audio" or "...video" This service may not be supported.

Hi, just having the same issue for the first time, cannot download audio from Youtube 'Failed to get the audio' error. Using Sequoia 15.2 and parallels 7.0.0 (5272). Trying to download this audio .
The last time I successfully downloaded a YouTube video was Tuesday, January 14, 2025. I began experiencing error messages on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 [please see attached screenshot. below]. Here is an embed of the most recent video I attempted to download. Screenshot of Error Message I've used Parallels Toolbox for Mac since 2020, and I've experienced this issue about once a year, so I'm familiar with it. YouTube changes things on their end, yes. Each time the app was updated to a new version following this issue it was resolved. Currently I'm using version 6.7.0 on macOS 10.15.7 Catalina. I hope this can be resolved soon because my current subscription expires in early March 2025. Support team, please help. Thank you. Best wishes!
I'm experiencing exactly the same issue as JohnL82. Last week all was fine with audio downloads but since yesterday I'm getting the 'Failed to get the video' errors when trying to download from YouTube. I'm also using version 6.7.0 on macOS 10.15.7 Catalina. Hoping the support team can figure out a solution.
I am using Mac OS Sequoia Version 15.3 (24D60). The download feature you're talking about doesn't work at all, and it doesn't appear to be supported here either, which is disappointing.
