I was recently charged $99 to remove my Toolbox license. There is a link to Cleverbridge -- which goes NOWHERE. I can find no way to cancel the subscription and got NO response form Parallels support. So I contested the charge with my bank and explained -- they don't provide a way to cancel. I'm ready to change my CC and try Virtualbox.

Looks like Avinash, et al., have resolved the issue. And my apologies, but I did not believe these forums were an avenue to get direct support. When I went to the support link in Parallels account, and got links to twitter, etc. I thought, "don't they have a ticket system" Well, ok, now I know. Thanks.
