Unable to cancel Parallels Desktop 20 subscription during 30 days trial.

    Followed all instructions but there is definitely no available way, space or button to cancel my 30 days trial of Parallels Desktop 20. Please cancel my subscription immediately. I already (one day ago...) sent a message to Parallels Support regarding this same issue (Ticket 5148897) to no avail.
