    Hey there
    Similar situation here too.
I am needing to install my registered Parallels 11 Desktop on a newer computer (Intel) but I am unable to Sign In. I get a 'check the Internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, follow this link....' message.
    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    M

Hello, I have the same problem with Parallels Desktop11 lifetime license and High Sierra.
It can no longer be activated.
The error message is displayed: The operation cannot be carried out, check the internet connection.
Is there a solution to this other, than purchasing a new license for this "old" but still well-functioning box.

    Thanks , Thomas

Hello, I'm not a computer savvy person but need help on the following please as this is driving me nuts!
I have an old Macbook Pro 2013 ish. and have a Legacy Parallels Licence which is still valid.
Recently, my Mac hardware failed and needed repair which involved replacement board with original drive. Since then, I have been unable to use my Parallels 10 installation as it keeps asking me to send a code to obtain a confirmation key either via email to [email protected] and then paste the confirmation code via the web interface at activatepd.parallels.com, neither of which function. Please help me to recover my functionality before I have a PICA (Parallels induced cardiac arrest) Please assist. Tim
