Upon choosing to renew my subscription, and upon updating my payment information--not sure why this is necessary, as my payment info remains the same?--I receive the following message: "You have successfully updated your payment details for your subscription. You will receive an email with further information about your payment at the appropriate time." No confirmation that my credit card has been charged. Parallels has LOCKED me out of my Windows instance, with absolutely no information about when this will change. I've waited over an hour, just in case there was some system delay, but... nothing. And the fact that I can't call OR chat OR email a company representative, because those are only available to people with active subscriptions, makes this a Catch-22 situation: I can't pay for the thing that would let me talk to the people who'd let me pay for the thing. Can someone at this company please help me regain access to my Windows machine? It's unacceptable that this is happening on a workday. For a company to offer a "Professional"-level service that locks its users out without so much as a courtesy update about how long they'll have to wait to regain access to their own data is pretty messed up.
