Disabling my auto-renewal subscription

    Hi team, I took my parallels desktop subscription on my school account. Since I've graduated I don't have access to my school account/email anymore and I'm not able to cancel my subscription for it. My school email is [email protected] and license key is 6J9MG5-G4YMQZ-N2WPMG-N739RK-MVDKS9
    Kindly disable my subscription as I don't require it anymore.

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your subscription. As per your request, we have successfully disabled the auto-renewal feature for your subscription.

    This means your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this date, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.
