Hello Avinash, I'm trying to activate my legacy Parallels 11 license on an older Mac running El Capitan, fresh installation. Parallels won't let me past the log in screen. Says to check my internet connection which I know is good. The Parallels account link process doesn't work either. No Parallels Kb's helped out. My internet connection works. There is no proxy, firewall is off (both mac and router), and there are no Parallels listings when executing cat etc hosts. If I log into my Parallels account via a web browser, I can verify that my legacy license is valid. Please advise!.
