So when i login to the website it says i have no license. But when i sign into the app itself i DO have a license (that was recently renewed). i wish to cancel it but im unable to do so from the website. When i login to the website i have no right to support, since it thinks i dont have a license (which i do, and which i pay for). Can anyone reach out to me ?
