After years of not using the software, I had now logged into my account. I just wanted to see which licenses I could update and on what terms. Without further consultation or a "are you sure you want to renew the subscription at price xy", two of my licenses were apparently renewed. I don't actually need any of them at the moment. I find that alone very concerning, but the fact that there is no easy way to contact support is really glaring. I don't use Facebook and don't want to discuss it on Twitter. I have now deactivated the automatic renewal again. I could only record one payment on Paypal. After a long search, I then found a reference number on the invoice to be able to assign the subscription at all. I was shocked to discover that the second subscription had been deducted from my former employer's credit card. So now I need someone to reverse this purchase pretty quickly!
