My license has expired. The credit card that I used at purchase changed so I have to change the payment option. When I clik the payment option link I am redirected to an other page stating: "We're sorry, this link has expired to protect your data privacy. Please click below to generate a new link that will be sent to your email inbox. Verification Enter the characters shown in the picture below:" I enter the verification code and click sent the verification code via email. However email never arrives. It is not also in the SPAM folder. I want ro remark that paralel emails such as password renewal is arriving but the payment option change emails never arrives.
