Hi Parallels, I cancelled my auto renewal before my subscription renewal deadline of 12/1/24, but I was still charged for next year's license. Can you please process a refund? Here is the order reference #: 486041742 I hadn't planned to keep this license for next year. I received a notice a week ago that my credit card had expired, so I was very surprised that you were able to charge the credit card at all. I tried to get in touch with customer support through multiple means with no success. If I can't get a hold of customer support, I'll have to go through the dispute process with my credit card instead. Please help! Thank you!
