    I purchased a permanent license for Parallels Desktop 17 Standard Edition. Can I upgrade from this version to version 20 Pro subscription ?

    Hello SedarPL,

    Yes, you can upgrade from this version to the latest provided your host Mac's operating system supports Parallels Desktop 20.

    I previously used the free trial version of Parallels, I have recently purchased a new Key and have
    Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac Standard Edition, Permanent Edition. I've been trying to sort this out for days, using every option possible! I paid 54 pounds for this key and I can't use it it's extremely frustrating. When I get to the screen to install windows through Parallels I enter my purchase key and click Activate, it then asks me for my previous key which I do not have. I previously used a free trial version . If this is not sorted I want and expect a full refund! thank you

    I have the same problem, I am trying to activate version 18, it appears to me to lead the code from the previous version, but even though I enter it, I get the error "THE PREVIOUS ACTIVATION KEY HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED" I have version 14 to 18, none of them work, I can not activate version 18

    Kindly try to activate your Parallels Desktop 18 again.
    You may use either your Parallels Desktop 17 or 16 license key as confirmation key.

    Hello Parallels,

    Apparently I experienced the same problem as many users, namely I could not find license key in email from my original purchase. I kept upgrading that product for years, but I never even got to install Parallels desktop.

    I tried today though, and after accepting my newest 'upgrade' license, installer asked for original license. So I went ahead and purchased Desktop for Mac Subscription (Pro Edition) again. I was able to successfully activate the product, but a windows popped up briefly asking if I wanted to use another license (possibly the one I already had). I said no and went ahead with the newer one from today.

    Now when I login to my online account, I have two identical active subscriptions. What is going on?

    Can I get a refund on one of them? If not, which one will be automatically renewed? It always did with the previous subscription.
