MS Outlook will not hold its resized size when expanding to view folders, messages with screenshots, and content that is larger than the viewer panel. Instead the main app window will be cutoff expanding beyond the edge of the open screen. I run Outlook in the top-right quarter panel. It will stay in the position, but not remain sized if content within the app expands the window. Is there a tool to lock the size and have the content grow or shrink to fit the sized app window?
