Graphical issues with Tekla TEDD's in Parallels 20

    I am experiencing graphical / visual glitches when using Microsoft Word with Tekla TEDD's plugin, this issue occurs with TEDD's standalone app as well. Has anyone experienced anything similar and do you know of any solutions?

    The problem manifests as a 'crash' sometimes, and sometimes it is windows and tabs that seem to freeze when I try to move, but I can see an 'invisible' window moving (so obviously it is moving but the screen isn't rendering this properly). Clicks don't register when these glitches occur and I have to use task manager to just close it all. So far I have only witnessed these issues while using TEDD's for Word and Tekla TEDD's standalone app. Sometimes in Explorer this occurs as well, when I right click on a folder or file the options seem to scroll or vibrate.

    This is the first time experiencing these issues and they may be related to the recent update. Any help would be appreciated, thank you

    Hello,
    The issue has been resolved by assigning 8GB of Memory to the virtual machine.
    To manually change a virtual machine's memory, follow the steps below:
    1. Shut down your virtual machine (from the menu bar, select Actions > Shut Down)
    2. Open virtual machine's configuration > Hardware > CPU & Memory > Manual.
    3. Set the 8GB of RAM by selecting the value in the drop-down menu.
