Hi, The article in the KB on Parallels 17 and 18 Windows 11 24H2 is great. However it doesn't cover how to get to 24H2 to work with a Bootcamp based VM. I installed 24H2 via bootcamp but this caused my Parallels bootcamp VM to blue screen during boot up something about missing boot device. Luckily I was able to rollback to my 22H2 install until there is a solution for 24H2. I did look at upgrading 23H2 but haven't been able the iso on Microsoft site keep find 24H2. Anyone have a link to share?
Hi, I ended up giving upgrading to Win 11 24H2 another try and got it to work. 1) Install Windows 11 24H2 from the ISO under Bootcamp. 2) Create a new Parallels Bootcamp VM. 3) Under Harddrive make sure Set the Location to SATA 0:3 and press OK as suggested in KB article. You should find the newly created VM starts fine.
