Hi All, I'm currently running Parallels 17 for Mac (standalone) and purchased the Parallel 20 upgrade (standalone)... I pay via PayPal and received an email from Parallels, however there is no content to the email body...I've tried rebooting my laptop, accessing it from a phone etc, with no joy. I do have the reference number in the email subject + receipt from PayPal. Can the email be resent? if I login to my parallels account I can see my previous keys, but not the new v20 I literally just purchased. Any advice please? Thanks, Matt
Sounds like a technical error on Parallels' end. While waiting for a response, I'd suggest checking your spam folder in case the email with your license key is there. Hopefully you'll get it resolved soon! geometry dash deadlocked
hi @DaisyA, indeed it looks like that was the case 0 I pinged them on Twitter/X and they resent the email - all up and running now cheers, Matt
