Blind User - Auto-renewal Refund Request

    Hello,
    I am a blind user and I seem to be in an infinite loop while trying to request an auto-renewal refund through your online support.
    Could someone assist me in processing the refund as I no longer use the product and the pocess is very confusing if you are vision impaired?

    Furthermore, kindly note that it can take five to seven business days for refunds to show up on your account.
