I have a subscription that is due to renew next month. I haven't used the software in months, as I also have a PC, so there is no need for me to continue to use the software and haven't for at least 6 months. I logged into my account, there is no record of any product on it at all. I can use the link in the reminder email to change my subscription, but that only allow me to change the payment method. I don't use Facebook or Twitter, so how am I supposed to contact support?
