This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product

    Hello i need assistance activating my license on a new mac i purchased. This was never an issue previously but now it says i've reached my limit.
    All the articles say to contact support but the only available support method is this forum.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your feedback.
    The license is currently activated on a machine with macOS 14.3(23D56). It is running Parallels Desktop 17.1.7.
    Do you want us to disconnect the license from that machine?

    Hi,
    I'm using Parallels Desktop 12 and moved to another computer, is there a way to de-activate the license on the old computer?

    The key I'm attempting to re-activate ends with -8EFBFC
