No support on contact number

    Hi, hopefully someone can help me out...

    When I call the phone number on the contact page it says they are open from 8am but its now 9:45 and I'm still getting that message that they are not in until 8. I really need to get a hold of them for a serial number I never received but it seems to me their answering message from new years has been forgotten to be removed or something! We've also tried emailing them twice, once was before new years and again this morning with no reply. Does anyone know any other phone number to get a hold of them other then the one on the contact page?

    Any help much appreciated! :)
