Why can I install some x64 games but not others from the Microsoft Store?

Easy to replicate, check for game Solasta, it says not compatible because the CPU, then check for Gears of War 4, it says compatible, they both are the same only available for x64 CPU architecture, and in the case of Solasta it only checks the CPU architecture as incompatibility reason.
Another difference is that Solasta uses DX11 while GoW4 uses DX12, but DX11 works fine in Parallels.

    So I don't understand.

OK but Solasta, the one than cannot be installed, uses DX12, while GoW4 which can uses DX12. So I don't know why cannot install the DX11 one.
Tested on VMWare and the same, so it seems to be Windows 11 ARM related.

Wrong message, I mean Solasta uses DX11.
