Unable to move my Par 15 license to a new Mac.

    Hi,
    I moved to a new Mac and cannot activate my my license for Par 15.
    Also I cannot inactivate the license in my account.
    This happens every time I move to another Mac.
    Please reset my activation so I can reactivate again.
