    Hi. Similar issue here: The license key is associated with another Parallels account. I have the licence key, I have been able to login on your site, but I can't activate on my new M3 Mac (upgrading from Intel).

    I am also experiencing this issue. I was able to activate the program but it does not show up on the website profile. I get the ..associated with another account message. I confirmed email is identical.

    Hi, I am trying to reactivate a current license on a new Mac and am receiving the error "This license key is associated with another Parallels account." I see my purchase in my purchase history at Cleverbridge, but I don't see the product as an active subscription in the Parallel dashboard. Please support! Thank you
