updater doesn't work

    I have build 4128. I go to help and attempt to update parallels but it just pops up a dialog with a progress bar and does nothing for several minutes then quits without updating. I had to manually download build 5182 and install it.

    downloaded dmg defect

    Hi all,

    I have a problem with the updater, as well. The downloaded DMG does not work (it gives me an error when I try to open it). The trouble is that for the German version (I have a German serial), the update isn't even available for download on the website... or better to say... I cannot find it. Has anybody got a hint for me?
