Mac Host Windows XP parallels I have been able to get to the internet in the past. I am connected to a router using dhcp. My IP address of my Mac is below. I am able to get an IP address from windows after a time and it is below. No data is being transferred to the net. I am currently using "default adapter". I the same behavior when I use eth0(I am not currently using wireless). When I use Shared, I don't get an IP, but I have gotten on the internet with shared. So I get an IP address, but I can't ping anything and no data is being transferred. I see references to "bridged" networking in other posts. I don't have that option. I have default eth0 eth1 shared hostonly
