Hai, I was using the trial of parallel 18 , but purchased parallels desktop 19 for mac and received the product key which is not working in 18, and tried to upgrade which is not working. uninstalled the 18 and installed it again .but still installing 18. Please help to resolve this problem
Why a fresh installation of desktop 19 is not apparently installing 19 but 18 only . Please help to resolve
