I had forgotten to cancel the subscription, and it auto-renewed for 2 consecutive years. Recently I got notification today about the auto-renewed in my bank account. Please help me refund. Hello Giabao, We reviewed your request and it appears the application was used in the past three months per our logs, hence we are unable to provide a refund. However, the auto-renewal feature has been turned off and you will not be charged henceforth.
Hello, It must be something wrong in your log. I did not use it for a year. You can recheck it. I am 100% sure about this. I even delete the Parallel from my Macbook. Been 2 years I got charge with parallel and I did not use it because I didnt regconized the charge. Since now I noticed there is a charge of auto renew, I would like to get refund for this recently charge. Thank
