I am trying to register my license key but the email associated with the that key is incorrect. I have the key and the invoice, the support pages says to send that information to Parallels support but it's impossible to get to support if your key isn't registered. A bit frustrated with how hard it has been to get any support when I have an active subscription and need support getting the key properly registered to my correct email address. For context, I believe the email it is registered to is a hidden Apple email I used when I created my account originally but I want to move this to my regular account using my email address. I only purchased the product in Nov, again frustrated that getting support has been so difficult and I am now posting on a public form to try and get the support I need. Thank you.
