Does anyone else have this issue? I don't use coherence and every time I reboot I have to reset my screen resolution. I do have to acknowledge the resolution works, so I'm guessing it's a driver issue.

Collect a technical report (click the Parallels icon on top of the Mac menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-ID in a reply to this message. As a possible solution, kindly follow the steps below: a. Shutdown the virtual machines down (Actions > Shut down) b. Open the virtual machine's Configuration: click the Parallels icon on top of the Mac menu bar > Control Center > right-click on the virtual machine > Configure. c. Switch to the Options tab. d. Select full screen > Click on Advanced > Scale to fit screen to "Stretch". Thanks!
I also have the same problem. Here are steps to reproduce on Apple M2 silicon: 1. Click Create New 2. Download Ubuntu with x86_64 emulation 3. Install parallels tools
