I have a MBP 2.16 GHz C2D with 3 GB RAM at work, I leave it running at night(usually with Parallels and XP still running), and when I get back I have a error message that requests I send it to Apple. I copied the error and attached it to this post. There are a few things I can think of that might cause this. 1) When the daily scripts Apple has run at night run into Parallels something bad happens. OR 2) I have a 3rd party backup tool called SuperDuper that backs up my enitre Macintosh HD every night that could be running into Parallels and not know what to do. OR 3) There is a problem with Parallels itself. Thanks for the help. (I had to split the file in half because the forum wouldn't let me upload the full file)
Hello, please try to update your Parallels Desktop to build 5582 (Help -> Check for updates). Best regards, Stacey
Hello, are you sure that you are using the 5582? In crash log you have attached it is written that you have build 5160. If you have already updated your Parallels Desktop to build 5582, could you please provide me with a new crash log? Best regards, Stacey
Yea sorry I updated Parallels to 5582 that day and I wasn't thinking and never thought to copy the error log with that version. I will post it next time it comes up.
