Shared Mac apps in Windows: No list

I want to tell an application on the Windows XP side, to open Mac-Entourage as the default Email-client. I guess that in order to do that, I'd have to see a list of shared Mac applications available in Windows. But there is none. (I am looking in Parallels, under Programs / Shared Mac applications. No apps there. When I call the function "fill up", nothing happens. I do have enabled the sharing of Mac apps in the configuration editor, as well as sharing of Windows apps in Mac; I have no common profile, though.

I get the feeling, that there is somethig, I have not been understanding. Any recommendations appreciated.

please, go to Parallels Desktop->Preferences->General. In the Shared web aaplications section set necessary point for e-mails.
