New Customer - Can I speak to someone ON THE PHONE Please

    I paid for my subscription. I get all the new marketing emails. The one I did not get was the activation key! Trial period id over and still no Activation Key.
    I would like to TALK to a human being please. How do get a phone number to call?

    Kindly verify your inbox or spam email, with subject "Cleverbridge".
    To activate your new key:
    1. Click on Parallels Desktop from the application menu bar on top of the screen; you may click on your Control Center window to see it. Select Account & License from the drop-down menu.
    2. Click Enter a key.
    3. Enter your license for the current version. If you are activating an upgrade copy, enter your key for the previous version. Click Activate.

    For future reference, in order to obtain phone/chat support, kindly follow the below steps:
    1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.myparallels.com/login
    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.
    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.

    1. Check your email (including Spam/Junk) for the activation key and log into your account to see if it's available there.
    2. If you can't find it, try using the "Resend Activation Email" option or contact customer support via live chat, email, or phone (check their website under "Support" or "Contact Us").
    3. If the issue persists, verify your payment status and request a refund if necessary.
