User's List is Blank

HI,
In Secure Workspace I have configured my domain and configured my LDAP server settings, but the users aren't populating.
Is there another setting I need to configure?
Note* I can populate user labels and it sees all my users there, but not under Manage > Users
Also, I have not made any configuration changes in
Trust settings
Trusted Certificate Authorities

 

You need to import your users under "Label Management"; or alternatively ask the users to sign in.
