Hi, I think I have made an error in changing mapped drives: I had an issue with running Frontpage. I now have two network drives: one shows the content of my Mac OS homefolder and the other shows the master drive's root directory. The following is what is supposed to be the path to the desktop, but ends up showing my OS X home directory: c:/Documents and settings/Admin/Desktop/.PSF/.Home/Desktop/Parrallels Sared Folders shortcut/.Home/ The Desktop of Windows shows the same Desktop as OS X. I tried previously to install Skype on the windows machine but the error was it could ot find a home directory, probably due to the home dir being a Mac OS home directory or the path being too complicated. I have also tried to install another program without success. I think I need to point Windows to a valid Windows desktop directory, but I do not kow how to recreate one. Do I need to re-install Parrallels and Windows XP pro? I hope not as I do not have my OS cds with me. I am on a MacBook. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Thank you. I should have looked further. I disabled the Mac Desktop as Windows Desktop option leaving me with a Windows desktop. I was then able to install all programs. Thank you for your reply.
