When I click on Parallels Desktop, it acts like it's not installed. I get the OS Installation Assistant asking me what I want to install. I have been running Parallels with no major issues for a couple of months. Mac OS 10.4.11 and Windows XP. Any ideas?
Hello, do you have an .hdd file? If so please try in 'Select Operating System installation mode' choose 'Custom'. At a certain point choose 'Use an existing hard disk image' and then choose a path to your existing .hdd file. Best regards, Stacey
