Attempting to renew my (expired) license doesn't seem to ever go through no matter how long I wait. I attempted to change the payment method, but I never receive the email to change my payment method no matter how many times I try (I've even tried switching the email just in case that was the issue, but that didn't have success either). This appears to be a common issue after searching through the forums. Apparently something needs to be manually fixed on the backend?
