I reinstalled the OS on my Mac Air (M2) and I'm trying to reinstall my Parallels subscription on it but it keeps telling me : This license key is already registered in a different account.
Same problem here. I changed my Mac to a newer version. I need to move the subscription to my new machine.

Why is it SO difficult to actually SPEAK to a human here? We had a staff member retire and need to upgrade a license. How do I transfer that license to me? Frustrated since I've opened tickets with Parallels AND Cleverbridge. Thanks, Jay
