I'm trying to update my payment options so I can renew. I go to My Account Click on Subscriptions in the "Parallels for Mac' section Click Payment Options After having to prove I'm not a robot, a new page opens with the message "A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team." The email never arrives. Not in spams, not in the quarantine, nowhere. I checked that my login email is correct, but maybe Parallels uses an old email adresse for contacts ? No way to check this. Attempts to contact support failed; the guy marked the ticket as "solution provided" but he juste removed the 2FA and reset any ongoing transactions, but that solved nothing. Now the ticket is closed and I can't reopen it. I would like to add that it takes weeks to get an answer by email, this is not compliant with the claim "We are here to help". The renewal should be simple but Parallels made a mess of it. A.
