I just bought Parallels and registered my email with a new strong password. The mail and password seem to be valid. I tried logging in from the app. First issue. Login fails, with a very generic "Network error" messsage" (not useful). As instructed, I try the link provided. Pass the first login. Then, issues arise again. Next step : browser confirmation. Get the confirmation email alright, and confirm by clicking the link provided in the mail. This leads to a page saying that my browser is validated from now and showing a "continue" button. At this step, though, the process fails. I click the confirmation button, but the page hangs and I'm stuck. I've tried the KB pages about /etc/hosts and the one about the Disk Utility fix, without success. I'm quite annoyed and feels like I wasted my hard-earned money. I'm going to ask for a refund real quick if the support doesn't fix this. One more very annoying issue : I despise being forced to use FB or Twitter. Why not provide a standard support email ? This is hostile behavior. I'm not the only one having to complain on the forums about this, as I can see, unfortunately. Let's pray you won't shutdown this place to users like me having issues. I certainly won't recommend Parallels because, as said by other users, the activation process is hell. Let's hope that the support will pick this up and fix this - I worked in IT supports and it's a tough job. Looking forward to have a reply from you guys. Thanks for your help.

hello, thanks to your reply and understanding of my frustration. It seems like the authentification service has some issues, but after letting the browser opened, it finally solved itself. Maybe there were some clogging in the pipes between the differents servers involved. It worked without a problem this time when I logged into the forum to write my reply. Thanks again for reaching out and kudos to the IT team members that helped fixed the issues !
