I do not have access to email to renew subscription

    When I click renew it takes me to license.parallels.com where it says "Unrecognized Web Browser" and wants me to follow the instructions sent via email.
    Well, I don't have access to the email account any longer so I am stuck.

    How can I renew the subscription?
