I updated payment info this morning and renewed my license. 4-5 hrs later I still have no email confirmation/instuctions and still cant use Parallels on my Mac. This is unacceptable. I rely on Parallels for work and I have lost half a day already. May I suggest that Parallels hire some people for phone support? Dan
