License already registered in a different account

    My company bought a new key instead of renewing my old key. When I used the register key button on the parallels app it tried to register it twice, the first time it said success, the second time it says already used. Now I can't add it to my account via the web management either. How do I recover this key? I can't reach support via chat or phone because my old key renewed for 6 years straight has recently expired.

    Update: I was able to reach out to support on facebook messenger and have resolved the issue.
