My subscription currently has 3 licenses and I would like to remove once license at the next renewal on January 6. I don't see an option to do this in the dashboard.
Hello. Unfortunately, there is no direct option to downgrade the seat count. We would recommend disabling auto-renewal (Please see https://kb.parallels.com/123306 for details) for your license, to let it run out and acquiring a new one for 2 licenses.
