Unable to activate my parallel desktop when I using a new mac

    I bought parallel desktop 17, but I cannot activate it on my new mac.
    It says that I already reached the limit of devices, but I am using this mac as my only Mac.
    So could you please log out my activation on other device?

    hi , i try to reinstall v18 on my macbook pro after repair service but Parallels installer says "serial number used by another account" after i insert serial number to activate. who can help me?
