Hello, I'm having problems renewing my subscription. I've changed my credit card options 5 or 6 times and it's impossible to renew. I have validated my credit card but the subscription remains inactive. I don't understand, and it's impossible to contact support other than via Facebook and Twitter, which I don't use! Can someone at Parallels help me?
