Running Windows 10 in Parallels 19 pro

can I run windows 10 image in Parallel desktop 19?

If you have a Mac with an Intel processor, then you can install a Windows 10 virtual machine (VM) by downloading Windows 10 ISO from the Microsoft website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and proceed with the installation as outlined at https://kb.parallels.com/en/123462.
If you have a Mac with Apple silicon (M1/M2/M3), then unfortunately, you can create a Windows 11 VM only. Instructions are available at https://kb.parallels.com/125375.
PS: apps that are supported to run in Windows 10 should work in Windows 11 without any issues.
