You mean that you managed to make the Contacts and Calendar sync from Windows 11 Outlook to Windows 11 iCloud work correctly (in a Windows 11 Parallels Desktop for Mac virtual machine running on an ARM Mac) by first uninstalling 2 recent Windows 11 updates, then installing and configuring iCloud for Windows and finally, updating Windows 11 !?!?
That would be the first good news on this crucial issue for ages!
    Can you please share details?

    Hi,
Since August 8, 2023 with the release of update KB5029263 upgrading Windows 11 to build 22621.2134, if you install "iCloud for Windows" in its latest version 14.2.0.108, you will no longer be able to synchronize your Contacts and iCloud Calendars. Before installing "iCloud for Windows", it's necessary to uninstall all Windows updates up to and including KB5029263. Windows 11 will then be in build 22621.1702 and you will be able to install "iCloud for Windows" and configure it. Then restart Windows updates to bring it back to its latest version. This could work under Windows 11 ARM but it would first be necessary to install Windows 11 in 22H2 (build system 22621.1702).
