    Hello,

I have a problem showing the message "No Boot Device Found"

This appears when using Parallels on Leopard 10.5.1 to run XP on using Bootcamp.

This setup was working fine for me until I had a problem with my CD drive, this was not repairable by Apple so they gave me a new MB. Once I installed my HDD in the new MB, a few drivers were not compatible with the new MB. Parallels still worked but BOOTCAMP did not.

I reinstalled Leopard, new XP bootcamp, latest version of Parallels and then the above error occurs.

I have formatted and installed EVERYTHING at least 3 times, I have tried 3 versions of Parallels but no show.

I have read endless threads on different message boards but no success.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance...

    Cheers

    Hello,

could you please specify the current issue - you can't use bootcamp natively though PD works properly, right?

    Best regards,
    Alicia.

    hi,

as i have said above, the error appears when using parallels, as soon as i launch the VM.

XP works perfectly natively with bootcamp.

    hope this clears this up.

I'm having the same problem. I tried this solution and it still says "No boot device available, press Enter to continue."

This boot camp partition works fine when I boot into it natively.

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
